Salon Policies

TARDINESS
To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. We will allow a 10 minutes window past your scheduled time before moving on to the next client.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

GROUP PARTIES (5 OR MORE GUESTS)
To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance. A name and exact services is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction and better accuracy. Please contact us at 561-812-3792 to provide these details.
*** A deposit is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows. Cardholder will be held responsible for this charge. There will not be a charge for cancellations given with 24 hours notice.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificate sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift certificates should be treated as cash, and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen damaged gift certificates. Gift certificates may be redeemed at Veda location from which they are purchased.
CELL PHONES, CONVERSATIONS & CHILD SUPERVISION
All cell phones should remain on silent and conversations limited while in service areas. We ask that all guests keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Children should be supervised at all times and remain respectful to those receiving services around them. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate!
PAYMENT
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for payment. Checks are not accepted.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. It is also imperative that we are aware of potential contagious conditions on your hands and feet. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide service(s) to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.
SERVICES
No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor fixes within 3 days of the service completion, pending manager approval.  
REPAIR
Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed. Only full-set nail enhancements (Acrylic, Light Concept Gel, Dipping Powder) and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days for breakages, tears, corner breaks are $5+. Please bring your recent to show proof of services.

PETS
No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
For alcohol, you must be at least 21 years old & ID is required. Limit 1 glass per client. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages due to consumption. Please drink responsibly!

EYELASH SERVICES POLICY
We strive to provide high-quality lash services. Please review our policies carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

Appointments
• Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as this impacts other appointments.
• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, applied to the total cost of the service.

Preparation for Your Appointment
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes to ensure the best results.
• Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment to help you relax during the service.

No Refunds or Retouches
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any lash services.
• Retouches: Retouches may be available upon request but will incur an additional cost.

Aftercare Products
• Lash-safe aftercare products are available for purchase to help maintain the health and longevity of your lash extensions.

Age Requirement
• Clients must be at least 16 years old to receive lash extensions. Parental consent is required for minors.

Health and Safety
• Please inform us of any eye infections, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. A patch test is available upon request.
• Allergic Reactions: We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, such as redness or swollen eyes, caused by the adhesive used in the service. If you have known sensitivities, please notify us before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.
